Tiger Cupboard food pantry opens on campus

“Sometimes there are impediments outside the classroom, including not knowing where your next meal is coming from. This food pantry is a testament to the care on the Chattanooga State campus,” – Dr. Rebecca Ashford, President of Chattanooga State during the March 20th Grand Opening of the Tiger Cupboard
Located on the second floor of the Student Center, the new Tiger Cupboard food pantry is a resource available to students in need.

A special thanks to all the students, faculty and staff who contributed food, donated to the new Chattanooga State Foundation CommUNITY Market fund, and volunteered time stocking the shelves to make this student support service a reality.
